What We Offer
RMC is recognised as a certified, official translation and interpreting provider by the Government of Trinidad and Tobago. We provide sworn translations to organisations and individuals for official purposes.
Translation
Translation is the process of reading and converting written text from one language into another. It refers to the written word and is a process whereby the source text, written in one language, is converted into another language in the target text. This is not necessarily a literal conversion, but one that considers the intention and meaning of the author of the original document.
Our translation process:
We employ quality assurance steps at every point of the translation process.
This ensures that the final document is a true rendering of the original, and that there have been no omissions, errors and misspelling. During the editing phase, the source and target documents are compared sentence by sentence to ensure that nothing has been omitted or added, and that there are no errors. In the final step when it is proofread, only the target (final) text is reviewed for errors and to ensure that it reads like a document written by a native speaker, as opposed to a translation.
